National Montenegro Rental Terms for travel between 01-Mar-2020 and 31-Dec-2050

PLEASE NOTE:
Where customer’s travel plans have been impacted due to the coronavirus the following policy will be applied:
• Cancellations may be made up to 1 hour before the reserved start date/ time without any penalty or charges.
• If a reservation is not cancelled at least 1 hour in advance of the reserved start date/ time it will be treated as a no-show and a no-show fee maybe applied, subject to any agreed exceptions. Where the no-show is a direct result of the coronavirus a full refund will be provided.
Refunds must be equal to the full price paid by the renter, EHI reserves the right to audit these transactions for compliance.

Renter Requirements
All drivers must present a full valid driving license and a valid identity card or passport. All drivers must have held their full license for a minimum of 1 year.
Renters carrying a driving license that isn't in Latin characters do require an International Driving Permit.

Cross Border Policy

Vehicles can be driven in all E.U. Countries except to BELARUS, RUSSIAN FEDERATION, UKRAINE & TURKEY. Vehicles must be returned to the agreed station in Montenegro.
Out of country travels require approval 1 working days prior to the start of the rental. A surcharge for a Third Party Insurance (TPI) will apply and must be purchased at the rental counter. The charge is 42.35€ excluding airport fees per rental. The vehicle is covered by TPI as long as it is driven inside the borders of the country for which it is issued. Car replacement while driving abroad is available for a fee. To arrange cross border travel please email customer.service@enterprise.me for assistance.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery and Collection is available within a notice period of 24 hours up to 20 km of city limited at a charge of 18.15 EUR per service. Deliveries and collections outside of city limits (over 20 km and up to a maximum of 50 km) will incur the renter and additional per km fee of EUR 0.54.
The driver must be present to show their passport, driving license and to confirm payment method. Delivery and Collection is available 24/7. The contact and cell number to arrange this service is +382 (0) 67222065, Mr Nebojsa Mijanovic. All fees quoted include VAT.

After Hours

After hours is a service provided to pick up and/or drop off a vehicle outside the opening hours. An additional charge of 30,25€ excluding airport fee applies and must be paid at the rental counter.

Roadside Assistance

Roadside Assistance is free of charge and available 24/7 by calling the phone number +382 67222065 and/or +382 67788782. Including these services for free: Flat tyre, Jumpstart, Lockout service, Fuel Delivery & Key replacement. The cost of the lost or damaged key, lost of vehicle's documents aren't covered and the authorized driver (s) should pay on the spot these costs. In case of an unroadworthy rental vehicle as a result of a roadside incident, a towing service and a replacement vehicle will be provided within 2-4 hours (depends on the distance) for free. Road assistance free service void if at the time of the incident the authorized driver (s) are in violation of the Rental Agreement terms.

The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier's rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, any deposit amounts paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. 

Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
